EventsVibe acts as a technology platform connecting customers with vendors and service providers.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

EventsVibe may suspend or remove vendor listings that violate these Terms.

  • Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • Additional vendor-specific terms may apply.

6. Payments

Payments made through the Platform may be processed by secure third-party payment providers.

Users agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information.
  • Authorize payment processing for confirmed bookings.

EventsVibe does not store complete payment card information.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by:

  • Applicable consumer protection laws.

Not all bookings are eligible for refunds.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Upload malicious software.
  • Interfere with Platform operations.
  • Abuse vendors or other users.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

Repeated complaints may result in account suspension or removal.

10. User Content

Users and vendors may submit:

  • Comments
  • Messages
  • Event information

You retain ownership of your content but grant EventsVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operating and promoting the Platform.

You must not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Software
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Designs
  • Icons
  • Databases

is owned by or licensed to EventsVibe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, maps, communication providers, and analytics tools.

EventsVibe is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

13. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventsVibe shall not be liable for:

  • Vendor performance or service quality.
  • Event cancellations by vendors.
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • User-generated content.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of platform service fees paid by you for the relevant booking.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventsVibe, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.
  • Your unlawful conduct.
